FINANCING AND INVESTMENT
TO JOIN THE BB FRANCHISE SYSTEM, WE REQUIRE THAT YOU ALSO HAVE YOUR OWN FINANCIAL RESOURCES, IN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF CZK 3 MILLION, WHICH YOU WILL INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS.
Given that the price of an average establishment today is around CZK 6-7 million excluding VAT, we accept the possibility of franchisees financing the necessary investments in the form of a bank loan. For this purpose, we have established cooperation with leading banking institutions that they can use. However, it is also possible to arrange financing independently.
To ensure clarity, we divide the franchisee's investments and costs into three main categories: INITIAL INVESTMENT – costs and investments associated with starting a business. MONTHLY FEES – these costs arise from the franchise agreement and the use of the BB license. OPERATING COSTS – costs associated with the day-to-day operation of your BB establishment.
INTIAL INVESTMENTS
- ENTRY FEE: EUR 15,000
- DEPOSIT: at least CZK 1 million
- INVESTMENT: Purchase price of the establishment
- TRAINING: Training for you and your employees
- INITIAL COSTS: + Reserve
MONTHLY FEES
- FRANCHISE FEE: 6% of net sales
- CONCEPT MANAGEMENT: 2% of net sales
- LOCAL MARKETING: 1% of net sales
- NATIONAL MARKETING: 1% of net sales
- MODERNIZATION FUND: 2% of net sales

- FEE FOR USE OF PREMISES AND ENERGY
- WAGES AND PERSONNEL COSTS
- RAW MATERIALS, PACKAGING AND LOGISTICS
- PREMISES MARKETING
- IT AND SYSTEMS
